The app is very slow to give an answer when it gives one...useless app
The quality has decreased significantly since the new release: slow answer or no answer
The application requires you to key in an OTP which is never sent. Thus, it is unusable.
It really eliminates the headache of having to write all the words of your preferred addresses both pickup and destination locations, faster than the old one. Besides having a user-friendly interface, the graphics and design stands out from the previous app. It would be Better if location will be more accurate for checking the location of the taxi but then I would rate it 5 star for over all performance. - Patrick John
Looks beautiful and the added functionality is awesome. So much more convenient to book a cab now. Just needs a couple of taps as compared to all that typing before!
